DC5 Turbo kits

These kits have the potential to run at a maximum of 500bhp with supporting engine internal work. The base kit doesn’t come with fuel system or electronic parts which need to be added to get the true potential out of the kit but in many cases customers are upgrading from previously supercharged cars so may already have several of the necessary parts fitted and therefore not be requiring them.

A boost upgrade kit is available for people wanting more power later and the kit is upgradable upon ordering from “Street” to “Race” which replaces the turbo and intercooler kit with higher rated options.

We are happy to run a good condition healthy 100% stock motor at 320-330bhp with no internal work necessary. We run the K20A’s in the DC5 and JDM EP3 slightly lower than we would a K20A2 EP3 motor due to the higher compression and different camshafts

If you’re looking to push higher than 330bhp we would recommend as a minimum up-rating the valves-springs and ideally fitting lower compression pistons and up-rated rods.


The base turbo kit is £3000 and consists of the following:

Tial 44, Turbosmart 45 or Precision 46mm wastegate

3" 304 Stainless downpipe

304 Stainless wastegate screamer/dump pipe

Front mount intercooler

Aluminium boost pipes

K&N intake filter

Goodrich/Aeroquip oil lines and fittings

Pack of heat wrap and fire sleeve
