We are pleased to announce that as of the 11th January Paul West has accepted the role as Managing Director at TDi North. Paul known to many at “tp” has already been helping out at TDi North for many years with the day to day running, electrical work and mapping and is a familiar face to customers and those at the racetrack.
Paul Jones steps aside to concentrate on projects and allow a more “normal” family time after years of long hours and late nights building one of the most successful tuning companies in the UK.

TDi-North’s website has now been converted to Web2.0
The website now includes a blog which will allow our customers to stay up to date with our latest news and promotions.
You can follow our recent posts via the navigation menu on the right hand side of the website. This shows a post calendar at the top (which can be used to search for posts made on individual dates), and a recent posts section.
Visitors can comment on certain news posts when available (Please note, posts have to be authorised before they will appear on the website).

First HKS turbo conversion on a Suzuki Swift Sport in Europe
TDi North have completed the first HKS turbo conversion on a Suzuki swift Sport in Europe.
The kit was initially fitted in Japan to the JDM variant but differences between the JDM and Euro cars initially threw up several complications but being HKS Power-writers with full backup and support from HKS, together with Ian and Christeen Baird-Corbett’s contacts with Suzuki GB’s technical team we were able to successfully transform this little car.
The kit is based on an T25 60T A/R 0.63 turbo and comes complete with HKS racing suction intake, cast steel manifold, front mounted intercooler and HKS F-con iS ECU.

We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed as an official Mugen Euro retailer.
Mugen is synonymous with the very highest level of Honda tuning, and is one of the most respected Japanese brands in the world.
TDi North will distribute, install and calibrate all Mugen high performance and racing components.

FWD Jap Racer Drag Champions
Paul Jones won his second Jap Racers title in three years, with three wins and two runners-up places to clinch
the title in a hard fought season.
FWD HKS Drag series Runners Up
After competing in two drag racing series this season we found it difficult to have the car ready for each event which ultimately cost us the HKS title this season, but with more resources available we are aiming for a more consistent season next year.
Civic breaks European Honda record
TDi North Civic breaks European Honda record with a time of 10.82 @ 138mph winning round 4 of the Jap Racer series at Shakespeare County Raceway and Currently leading this Championship.
After fitting a new gearbox it was our first chance to try our new 800bhp engine still running on regular V-power fuel and no gas either, we struggled for grip all weekend and actually reduced the boost to help stop the car from wheel spinning so much, we would like to thank everyone involved in helping us to achieve this record achievement.
New FN2 Civic Type-R
We are pleased to announce we have the new FN2 model CTR now we can start our development process to produce some exciting new products all dyno verified, currently AEM have produced an intake system and Hondata have produce a Group N ECU and heat shield gasket.
Civic wins Round 1 of the HKS Drag series
This was our first visit to Santapod in our K24 Turbo-charged civic and after a long drive to Santapod we posted a winning time of 11.58 at 123 mph.
